What Is An Adjustment?

A Chiropractic adjustment is the use of a specific force in a precise direction that helps restore spinal function. The adjustment is applied to a joint segment that is fixated, or not moving properly.

Adjustments help restore motion, increase nervous system function, and restore the bodies innate ability to heal.

How Can An Adjustment Help Me?

Adjustments can help increase movement in your joints and slow the degeneration of your spinal disc, and in turn avoid soft tissue degeneration.

What Does An Adjustment Feel Like?

The adjustment itself is more often than not pain free. Many patients report immediate improvement in range of motion and a feeling of relaxation. Every patient is different and variations in degree and time of improvement vary case by case. Dr. Griffith excels at making the patient comfortable through the entire treatment.

Are They Safe?

Chiropractic adjustments have been PROVEN to be safe and highly effective in alleviating pain and increasing range of motion. A chiropractic adjustment is so safe newborns to the elderly receive chiropractic adjustments. Each adjustment is specifically tailored to the patients age, circumstance, and case.
