Reviews of Dr. Griffith:
"I was referred to Dr. Taylor Griffith after injuring myself running and I could barely walk without a discomfort (new runner, wrong shoes, 13.1miles training, aggressive training timeline ... what can I say?).
Before going to see him, I had self diagnosis via WedMD which was a great way to scare myself into thinking that I would need surgery or steroids to cure it. However, after my first visit, Dr. Griffith helped me better understand what plantar fasciitis was (and how to properly pronounce it), calmed my concerns, and used the Active Release Technique to aid my injury.
What impressed me the most about Dr. Griffith was his attention to detail and going above and beyond. During my first visit, he was thorough in understanding my injury and took the time to analyze my walk and run stride. He provided me with at home techniques to help speed up the healing process. After my first two sessions, the discomfort reduced significantly and after two months of visiting him and following his stretching advice, I'm happy to say I can walk and talk like before.
Added bonus: Dr. Griffith is an athlete himself and he was very open to (my many) questions about running. He spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions and giving me advice on strength training techniques to reduce my time... it was way better than signing up for a marathon training workshop."

"I hurt my shoulder while working out and after meeting Dr.Griffith and him telling me to come in, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Within one visit I was almost totally out of pain and within a few visits its totally painless. I go in frequently now for wellness visits and I'm really pleased at the knowledge he has and care he puts into helping me out. THANKS DR.GRIFFITH!!!!"
