Dr. Griffith was raised in Seattle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and this is his story:
I finished my undergraduate studies at Western Washington University where I received my bachelors in exercise and sports sciences (2009). This is where the passion of getting people to live to their full potential started! During my time at Western Washington University I had the opportunity to intern at Virginia Mason Hospital in downtown Seattle in their prestigious and world renown sports medicine clinic. This internship allowed me to observe numerous orthopedic surgeries and assist in the rehabilitation of a myriad of injuries. I also interned with the physical therapist and head of rehabilitation for the Seattle Sounders major league soccer team. After completing my bachelors I decided to work for a year in rehabilitation at Redmond Physical Therapy where I assisted in physical therapy modalities and learned first hand how to treat patients effectively.
I then attended Life Chiropractic College West in California where I graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree (DC). During my studies I was able to become Active Release Technique (ART) certified. Upon graduation I received a national Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges award as an outstanding student. I have completed all of my required national exams and am nationally board certified as a doctor of chiropractic.
My clinical approach is strongly focused on patient care with an emphasis on improving the patient’s mobility and function. My goal is to have patients leave with a greater knowledge of their injuries and the tools to help them prevent further injury. My patients vary from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete.
Continuing my education by staying up to date with current chiropractic research and advancing techniques are a passion of mine. My professional interest with patient care focuses on bio-mechanics, mobility, and restoring function. I have volunteered at numerous running events from 5K runs to the Oakland marathon. As an avid athlete myself, I value the ability to return to what you love doing through the best care possible as fast as possible.
